COMMISSIONED WORKS

Commissioned works are more expensive than independent pieces because size, color, and motif are individually designed according to your specifications.

Everything is done in close consultation to ensure a unique work of art is created in the end.

You can get a rough price estimate using the artist factor 6.

(Length + Width) x 6 = Price

The actual price may vary depending on the material requested. When inquiring, please let me know your budget for your piece and we will find the best solution for you together.

To proceed with your commission, a down payment of 50% of the total amount is required in advance. The remaining amount will be settled upon completion of the work.

Only works on canvas with a minimum dimension (L+W) of 160cm can be commissioned.

Payment in installments is not possible.

Coordination:

Format, style, and color scheme will be determined collaboratively. Reference images for color and motif are welcome.

Sketch & Color Samples:

I will create a digital sketch and, if necessary, color samples for the background.

Feedback:

After completing the sketch, we will jointly determine the final look of the work through coordination.

Feedback on open points should be provided promptly (within 72 hours) to ensure a smooth working process.

Please remain respectful. Feedback will be given exclusively verbally or in writing.

Overdrawing, recoloring, or other editing, as well as any other use of my digital sketches, is not permitted.

One free revision of the sketch is included in the price.

Further extensive changes at the customer's request will be charged additionally.

Completion

After final coordination, I will create the work within a period of three to four weeks.

Each work is a unique piece, designed with much love and requiring its creative freedom.

Detailed instructions for implementation can therefore not be taken into account.

Copies of already published works will not be created.

I make my own canvases. Therefore, the size of the canvas can be individually adjusted in 5 cm increments to your wishes and the conditions of your room.

The same applies to the choice of painting surface. I work on various materials, including linen or cotton.

Please note: The choice of material affects the price as well as the feasibility of your ideas and will be individually discussed with you in advance.

My works are predominantly framed in high-quality solid wood frames made of oak or linden with a narrow visible edge of 5 mm.

You will receive an individual framing proposal for your artwork from me in advance.

My offer generally includes a solid wood frame including hanging. If you wish to take care of the framing yourself, please indicate this in your inquiry.

Shipping within Germany is included in the offer and is free of charge.

For shipping to other countries, the corresponding shipping costs will be charged additionally.

For shipping works to Switzerland, I am happy to arrange transport with a driver.

Please note that additional customs duties will apply.
