The operation of this Instagram page is carried out under joint responsibility with

When you visit my Instagram page, personal data is processed by Meta. This includes, in particular:

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of my legitimate interest in effective public relations and communication via social media.

3. Use of Meta Ads

I use Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertisements) to run targeted advertising campaigns. Meta may access data that you have provided to Meta (e.g., interests, demographic information, location data).

Processing is carried out under joint responsibility with Meta in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in targeted advertising).

I myself do not receive personal data of individual users, but only anonymized statistical evaluations.

 

4. Linking to external websites

My Instagram profile may contain links to external websites (e.g., my own website).

By clicking on such a link, you leave Instagram. The respective provider is solely responsible for the processing of personal data on these external sites.

 

5. Contact via Instagram

If you contact me via Instagram (e.g., via direct message or comment), the data you transmit will be processed exclusively to handle your request.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract or pre-contractual measures).

 

6. Newsletter

I occasionally offer a newsletter to inform about news, offers, or promotions.

If you subscribe to my newsletter, your personal data (e.g., name, email address) will be used exclusively for this purpose.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future – for example, via an unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending me a message.

If the newsletter is sent via an external service provider (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.), the data will be processed there in accordance with the GDPR. In this case, I will additionally inform you about the respective provider.

 

7. Contests

If you participate in a contest organized by me via Instagram, personal data (e.g., username, comment, possibly shipping address) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the contest.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent, if you expressly agree).

After the contest has ended, all data collected in connection with your participation will be deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations.

Instagram or Meta has no connection with the execution of the contest.

 

8. Rights of data subjects

Within the framework of the GDPR, you have the following rights, in particular:

  • Information about stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR)

You can assert these rights both against me and against Meta.

9. Joint Responsibility with Meta

For the so-called "Page Insights", there is a joint responsibility according to Art. 26 GDPR between me and Meta.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
